Martron Cozinc REF #003017 The Martron Cozinc Process is a high performance zinc cobalt alloy plating process which produces a highly corrosion resistant zinc cobalt alloy deposit on steel. The Martron Cozinc process utilizes a potassium chloride based eletrolyte and produces alloy deposits which typically contain between 0.1 and 0.5 percent by weight cobalt. This process can be used successfully in both rack and barrel installations and requires a minimum of control. The general appearance of the deposit exhibits outstanding brilliance and leveling with minimum ductility and minimum flaking. Solutions of Martron Cozinc process are low foaming and therefore high agitation can be utilized to achieve a maximum of current densities. |
